Too Early Terms of Service & End User Licence Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you ("User") and Jake Phillips ("Developer") governing your access to and use of the Too Early mobile application, website, services, and related content (collectively, the "App").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Too Early, you agree to these Terms.
1. Licence
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Too Early for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
This licence does not grant ownership of the App or any content contained within it.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Too Early, or the minimum legal age required in your country to consent to digital services.
Users under 18 may use the App but are not eligible to claim cash prizes or enter prize-based competitions.
3. Accounts and Usernames
You may be required to create a profile or username to access certain features.
You agree that:
- Usernames must not be offensive, misleading, or infringe third-party rights
- You are responsible for activity associated with your profile
- The Developer may remove or rename usernames that violate these Terms
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate gameplay
- Use bots, automation, macros, scripts, or modified clients
- Reverse engineer or attempt to copy the App
- Disrupt leaderboards, rankings, or competitions
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
The Developer may suspend or permanently ban accounts suspected of abuse or cheating.
5. Virtual Currency and Digital Items
Too Early may offer virtual currency ("Coins"), cosmetics, banners, themes, boosts, or similar digital items.
All virtual items:
- Have no cash value
- Cannot be redeemed for money
- Cannot be transferred between users
- Exist solely within Too Early
The Developer may change pricing, availability, or item offerings at any time.
6. Purchases and Subscriptions
Too Early offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions.
Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are governed by those platforms' billing and refund policies.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
The Developer does not directly store payment card information.
7. Competitions and Prize Events
Too Early may offer optional prize-based challenges, seasonal events, or competitions.
Participation is subject to separate competition rules.
The Developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or disqualify entries where cheating, suspicious behaviour, automation, or exploitation is detected.
The Developer's decisions regarding eligibility, scoring, and prize awards are final.
8. Updates and Availability
The Developer may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.
The App is provided on an "as available" basis. Availability is not guaranteed.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, design, branding, graphics, code, and game mechanics within Too Early are owned by or licensed to the Developer.
You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
10. Disclaimer
Too Early is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
12. Termination
The Developer may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms.
Upon termination, your licence to use the App ends immediately.
13. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically.
Continued use of Too Early after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
